Welcome to ReelFlix ("ReelFlix," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). ReelFlix provides a streaming service offering a library of short-form, serialized dramatic video content ("Content"). The Service is designed for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content through the Service.
Registration: To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Virtual Currency: The Service may include a feature to purchase virtual currency, such as "Coins" or "Gems" ("Virtual Items"), using real money. These Virtual Items can be used to unlock episodes or access premium Content.
No Monetary Value: Virtual Items are not real currency and do not have any monetary value. They are part of a limited license for your use within the Service and cannot be sold, traded, or redeemed for cash.
All Sales Final: All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.
We may offer you the ability to unlock Content by watching advertisements. By choosing this option, you consent to the delivery of advertising content from us and our third-party partners.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the application, website, logos, and all Content provided, are and will remain the exclusive property of ReelFlix and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of South Africa and foreign countries.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE'S RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ACCURACY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REELFLIX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
