ReelFlix is for stories people love to binge. These rules keep it a place where creators can do their best work and viewers can trust what they watch. They apply to everything published here.
What's welcome
Original vertical series, made for the phone, live action, animated or AI-assisted.
Drama in all its shades: romance, revenge, thrillers, fantasy, comedy.
Mature themes, handled as storytelling.
Your work, or work you have the rights to
Everything in an episode, including footage, script, artwork and voices, must be yours or licensed for streaming.
Don't re-upload other people's films, shows or clips.
You keep ownership of your series; publishing it gives ReelFlix a licence to stream it.
Licensed music only
Use music you made, royalty-free tracks, or music you hold a licence for that covers streaming.
A track being easy to find online doesn't make it free to use.
Be open about AI
Tell us which parts of a series are AI-generated: pictures, voices, music or script.
AI tools are welcome; passing AI work off as something it isn't is not.
No deepfakes or impersonation
Never use a real person's face, voice or name without their written consent.
Don't present a series, account or message as coming from someone it doesn't.
Nothing hateful or explicit
No content that attacks or demeans people for who they are.
No harassment, and nothing that encourages violence against real people.
No sexually explicit material, and nothing that sexualises anyone under 18, ever.
Reporting
Seen something that breaks these rules?
If it uses work you own, send a copyright notice. For anything else, tell us through the contact form with the series name and what you saw. We review every report, and content that breaks these rules can be removed.
